OCSBA Church Health

Under the auspices of Orange County Southern Baptist Association, Ellis draws from nearly 50 years in ministry and Missions Administration to consult with churches and church leaders.  Over the last year, he has led team building seminars, church visioning processes, leadership development seminars, marriage enrichment seminars and coached church leaders in various southern California churches   He also volunteers as Associate Pastor at Huntington Beach Baptist Church.

Ellis is developing an organization called Aaron Ministries designed to “hold up the hands of those who minister in His name” which offers encouragement and support to ministers, missionaries and mission organizations world wide.  In cooperation with Leader Mundial, he has been able to minister to Christian leaders in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Ecuador and the Philippines.

His heart is to assist Christian leaders, churches and organizations in the realization of their God given potential at the highest level.
