Help Haiti

Greetings from Quito!

This is an urgent request for prayer and for help!

I’m sure you’ve seen the devastation in Haiti today.  Words cannot explain the hopelessness and the crisis that is unfolding there.  For many of us, we need to simply pray.  Pray for help, pray for response, pray for safety, pray for provision, pray for those that can respond personally!  Just pray.

Many of you know that Gina and I are involved in coaching leaders from around the world through Leader Mundial.  One of our leaders is the man pictured here, Jean David LaRochelle.  Jean David is from Haiti, yet is currently pastoring a church in Quito, and he’s been a part of the Leader Mundial Global Leadership Summit for the past 3 years.

Jean David is heading to Haiti tomorrow.  He’s been asked by Extreme Response and HCJB Global to assist a team of doctors heading to Haiti to provide help.  Jean David speaks 5 languages, was raised in Haiti, and has an extensive contact base in Haiti and out of Haiti to provide help and support to those providing support and aid.

Jean David is a pastor, and his desire is to minister to the hearts of those suffering.

Let’s pray for Jean David as he prepares, as he travels and as he hits the ground running.

Jean David doesn’t have the funds for this trip, so Leader Mundial and Extreme Response have committed to him to provide all of the funds he needs to get there, to stay for the next number of days, and to provide support and help as needed.  We need your help to provide these funds for him.  Anything that is raised over and above will be used directly in aid and help in Haiti.  Extreme Response has 2 partners in Haiti.  We’ve talked with them both and they are fine, yet they are surrounded by people and a country in crisis.

MOPS SPRING 2010 REGISTRATION

MOPS Spring 2010 Registration IS HAPPIN’ NOW! Registration forms must be received by March 7, 2010. Spring 2010 Registration Form

The dates for the Spring 2010 Session is March 25 – May 20th (8 weeks).  Prices will be the same as Winter. Space is limited so registration is on a “First come First Served” basis.
