Why choose Capo Valley Church as your home church?
To stay at a church people need three things:
- Reason
- Relationship
- Responsibility
the Reason
Our Mission Statement
- Sharing ~ EVANGELIST reaching our world and the world for Christ (Matthew 28:18-20)
- Caring ~ MINISTERS Caring for the whole person: spiritually, emotionally, and physically (Mark 12:29-31)
- Preparing ~ WARRIOR Equipping believers through connection, teaching, and discipleship to defend the faith and be fruitful and fulfilled in ministry (I Peter 3:15, 4:10)
Our Vision Statement:
To be a place where the lost find Christ – the wounded find hope – the believer find empowerment.
Our Motto:
Christ Centered – Culturally Relevant
Our Priorities:
- Purpose: What ministry we are doing.
- People: The people for whom we are doing the ministry
- Program: How we do the ministry
The Relationship
Small Groups Motto: No one stands alone
We have a three fold purpose:
- Identification: This is what unifies and defines our church – we desire to be a collection of small groups that meet together on Sunday.
- Communication: Small groups are the means by which general information is disseminated, new ministies are created, and existing ministries are supported.
- Connection: Small groups are how deep bonds of relationship form.
The Responisbility
Every believer has at least one functional spiritual gift. It is God’s command that we use our gift(s) to serve him.
We are located at 32032 Del Obispo St. in San Juan Capistrano. Our worship services are held on Wednesday Nights at 7:00pm and Sunday Mornings at 10:00am. Capo Valley Church has been a place of worship and ministry for over 50 years. Countless lives have been touched by the Gospel, as people have come together to praise the Lord. Together we are learning how to exercise our faith and spiritual gifts to love and serve others. We are motivated by God to support mission causes around the world. We have a deep desire to experience the joy and wonder of God’s plan for our lives individually and as a community of faith.
